Structural and electrical properties of PZT (La, K) ceramics

摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline samples of PLKZT with the composition Pb0.93(La1−xKx)0.07(Zr0.65Ti0.35)O3 (where x = 0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7) have been synthesized by a chemical method. X-ray studies compounds suggest formation single-phase material. Studies dielectric constant loss as function temperature (room to 350°C) at 1 10 kHz frequencies that compound has relaxor behaviour undergoes diffuse type phase transition.
