Effect of doping pairs (La, Na) on structural and electrical properties of PZT ceramics

摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline samples of double-doped PZT with a general formula Pb0.91(La1−z/3Naz)0.0.9 (Zr0.65Ti0.35)0.9775O3 [z = 0.0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7] near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) have been synthesized by solution-mixing technique. X-ray structural analysis compound shows that there is no change in crystal structure on double doping La and Na. Detailed dielectric constant (ɛ) dissipation factor (tanδ) at different temperatures (room temperature to 350°C) 10 kHz frequencies (0.4 kHz) very dramatic effect doping. The transition shifts towards higher-temperature side increase Na concentration. found initially then decrease increasing A diffuse observed these compositions. D.c. resistivity studies carried out from room 300°C results are presented.
