摘要: The potencies of prostaglandins (PG) I2, PGD2 and PGE1 as inhibitors human platelet aggregation induced by threshold concentrations four aggregating agents were determined in platelet-rich plasma from normal individuals who had not ingested aspirin. order activity against ADP, adrenaline collagen was always PGI2 greater than PGE1. However, almost equipotent with when tested arachidonic acid (AA). inhibitory effects PGD2, could be over come increasing the AA, or ADP. Adrenaline found to different other agents. It overcome inhibition but These facts support hypothesis that receptors for are similar each receptor(s) PGD2. PRP obtained subjects after ingestion aspirin exhibited only one wave response collagen, PGI2, all powerful this single aggregation. three at concentration ADP adrenaline.
