摘要: The contrasting effects of aspirin on bleeding time (BT) might be related to the drug's inhibitory activity platelets and vascular prostaglandin I2 (PGI2). To test this, we developed an exchange transfusion model in rat studied BT animals whose but not vessels had been exposed aspirin. Rats with severe experimental thrombocytopenia were exchange-transfused blood from normocythemic rats pretreated 6 hr before. platelet count was raised 2% about 70% basal level returned control values even though neither responded arachidonic acid nor produced detectable amounts malondialdehyde PGI2 inhibited. These results indicate that “aspirinated” may hemostatically active is necessarily affected by unbalanced production vessell wall.
