摘要: A patient is presented with marked widening of the lumbosacral part spinal subarachnoid space and scalloping corresponding vertebrae. Within widened canal two arachnoid cysts were found at operation. These intradural are very rarely encountered in this region. The pathophysiological mechanisms responsible for production various types discussed, a review literature.
