摘要: Component angles of 673 Press Fit Condylar (PFC) total knee arthroplasties were measured from standard short-leg radiographs. The femoral and tibial resections performed with intramedullary extramedullary instrumentation. mean coronal component angle was 88.59 degrees (SD, 2.28 degrees; range, 78-98 ), 17.1% having values 93 degrees. 97.43 3.44 84-115 9.1% 100 An ideal tibiofemoral 4 to 10 valgus achieved in 75.3% patients, being 6.1%. Alignment not significantly different between consultant trainee surgeons. Although varus positioning the commonest error, wide range signifies problems guides.
