摘要: β-Blockers are a widely utilised class of medication. They have been in use for variety systemic disorders including hypertension, heart failure and intention tremors. Their dermatology has garnered growing interest with the discovery their therapeutic effects treatment haemangiomas, potential positive wound healing, Kaposi sarcoma, melanoma pyogenic granuloma, and, more recently, pemphigus. Since β-blockers deployed disorders, which cutaneous co-morbidities such as psoriasis, pertinence to dermatologists cannot be overstated. Likewise, β-blockers, like any other drug category, carry risks side effects, some dermatologic. These include triggering exacerbation psoriatic rheumatoid arthritis, anaphylaxis, contact dermatitis, occupational Raynaud's disease, alopecia, lichen planus-like eruption, hyperhydrosis vitiligo. While recent articles focussed on uses it may also wise call our attention dermatologic adverse that follow β-blocker use, well possible approaches these.
