摘要: Understanding the mechanisms of cancer immune-tolerance is one most important challenges. Several studies have demonstrated potential anticarcinogenic effects beta-blockers, in patients with prostate cancer, breast and melanoma. At other side variety dermatoses may be caused or aggravated by β-blockers-psoriasis, lichen planus-like drug eruptions (LDE), acrocyanosis, alopecia etc. Beta-blockers been shown to improve prognosis melanoma significantly. Propranolol inhibits downregulating tumour angiogenesis but also cell proliferation, invasiveness local immune suppression. Studies showed that only β3-but, not β2-adrenoceptors, were up-regulated under hypoxia peripheral blood mononuclear cells selectively expressed sub-populations including Treg, MDSC, NK. They increased NK CD8 number cytotoxicity. Catecholamines retard progression β-blockers unrecognised as a therapeutic intervention for melanoma, prevention growth all stages adjuvant therapy targeted therapies
