摘要: This study attempts to examine the impact of information technology (IT) on organizational efficiency in public services. We propose a new approach providing directions IT investments improve efficiency. The proposed is based integrated form data envelopment analysis (DEA) and decision tree (DT), composed two steps. First, DEA conducted measure with selected inputs outputs. Second, DT built scores obtained from factors, as target variable predictor variables, respectively. In doing so, we can identify relative set priorities view point each organization. A case Korean local governments presented illustrate usefulness approach.
