摘要: Abstract Human placental slices were incubated in a buffer solution containing glucose and glucose-1-C 14 with without insulin. No metabolic effect of insulin on disappearance from the media or incorporation C label into CO 2 , total lipids various lipid fractions could be demonstrated. When preincubated alloxan an attempt to inhibit degradation; was not observed. The study does support hypothesis that indirectly influences fetus by metabolism.
