摘要: PEPSCAN analysis has been used to characterize the immunogenic regions of capsid protein (CP) in virions plum pox potyvirus (PPV). In addition well-known highly N- and C-terminal domains CP, within core domain have also shown high immunogenicity. Moreover, N terminus CP is not homogeneously immunogenic, alternatively showing frequently recognized by antibodies others that are at all. These results helped us design efficient antigen presentation vectors based on PPV. As predicted analysis, a small displacement insertion site previously constructed vector, PPV-γ, turned derived chimeras into immunogens. Vectors expressing foreign peptides different positions region (amino acids 43 52) N-terminal were most effective inducing specific antibody responses against sequence.
