摘要: The coat protein (CP) of Papaya ringspot virus (PRSV) was analyzed for presentation the antigenic peptide animal virus, Canine parvovirus (CPV), in Escherichia coli (E. coli). 45 nucleotides fragment coding 15-aa epitope CPV-VP2 either inserted into PRSV-cp gene at 5', 3' ends, both 5' and ends or substituted end PRSV cp gene. Each chimeric genes cloned pRSET B vector under control T7 promoter transformed E. coli. recombinant proteins expressed from different were purified intraperitoneally injected mice. All showed strong immunogenicity stimulate mice immune response. containing CPV insertion C terminus N termini elicited ten times higher specific antisera immunized compared with other two which contain substitution terminus.
