摘要: Microscopic and molecular events related to alveolar ridge augmentation are less known because of the lack experimental models limited markers used evaluate this process. We propose here chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) as an in vivo model study interaction between CAM bone substitutes (B) combined with hyaluronic acid (BH), saline solution (BHS BS, respectively), or both, aiming point out microscopic assessed by Runt-related transcription factor 2 (RUNX 2), osteonectin (SPARC), Bone Morphogenic Protein 4 (BMP4). The BH complex induced osteoprogenitor osteoblastic differentiation mesenchymal cells, certified RUNX2 +, BMP4 SPARC + phenotypes capable matrix synthesis mineralization. A strong angiogenic response without inflammation was detected on specimens combination compared inflammatory angiogenesis for BS BHS combinations. multilayered organization grafted a differential expression RUNX2, BMP4, SPARC. cells through lineage sustained not inflammation. Thus, granules resuspended seem be best proper non-inflammatory augmentation. allows us assess early substitutes–mesenchymal differentiation, important step
