摘要: Abstract Vertical graphene nanoflake integrated films having a high density of edge planes have been used as an electrochemical platform to systematically investigate the immobilization, oxidation kinetics and direct quantitative determination native DNA. Consistently, both transmission electron microscopy atomic force observations demonstrate presence self-assembled monolayer DNA, immobilized on nanoflakes. Graphene shows excellent electrocatalytic activity for electrooxidation double stranded better than carbon nanotubes glassy carbon, due abundance edges present not only at top but also along sides each nanoflake.
