摘要: The electrooxidation of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) from calf thymus was carried by using cyclic voltammetry. A glassy carbon disk-, a platinum mesh- and vapor-deposited mesh electrodes were used. It is shown that the appropriate chemical biological (steam treatment) purification complete cell allows, for graphite electrode, formation wide anodic dsDNA signal with two visible peaks. There no necessity preaccumulation on electrode surface use mediators to get well defined voltammetric signals. These peaks apparently reflect DNA's guanine adenine. spectrophotometric data obtained during indicate absorbance increases an increase in potential current dsDNA. However, absorption band maximum either does or not change its position depending material. This different spectroscopic behavior may mean changes structure upon are case Pt C electrodes.
