摘要: To determine possible functions of the Edwardsiella ictaluri plasmids, pEI1 and pEI2, we analyzed sequence both plasmids. Plasmid is 4807 bp, with 51% G + C, 23 open reading frames 40 amino acids or greater. pEI2 5643 24 frames. Database searches indicated that contains an insertion element a ROM analog. In addition, possesses frame strong homology to SlrP, SspH1, SspH2 Salmonella typhimurium IpaH Shigella flexnari, which have leucine-rich repeat regions are components type III secretory systems. has weak Spa15 S. flexnari 5 InvB sonnei typhimurium, also system components, three origins replication, Rep analog, multimer resolution site.
