摘要: Background—The regulation and interaction of ACE the angiotensin II (Ang II) type I (AT1) receptor in failing human heart are not understood. Methods Results—Radioligand binding with 3H-ramiprilat was used to measure protein membrane preparations hearts obtained from 36 subjects idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC), 8 primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH), 32 organ donors normal cardiac function (NF hearts). 125I-Ang formation measured a subset hearts. Saralasin (125I-{Sar1,Ile8}-Ang total Ang density. AT1 AT2 were determined antagonist losartan. Maximal (Bmax) 578±47 fmol/mg IDC left ventricle (LV), 713±97 PPH LV, 325±27 NF LV (P<0.001, or versus NF).
