摘要: Purpose: To document the outcome of single implants in anterior maxilla following four routine treatment modalities when performed by experienced clinicians daily practice using same implant system and biomaterials. Material Methods: A retrospective study patients who had been treated two periodontists prosthodontists 2006 2007 was conducted. The practically covered every clinical situation included standard (SIT), immediate (IIT), conjunction with guided bone regeneration (GBR), grafted (BGR) harvested from chin. All were installed via flap surgery. Patients clinically radiographically examined. Complications registered aesthetic (pink esthetic score [PES] white [WES]) rated. blinded clinician not involved all evaluations. Patient's satisfaction also registered. Results: One hundred out 115 eligible (44 SIT, 28 IIT, 18 GBR, 14 BGR) received at least one NobelReplace tapered TiUnite® (Nobel Biocare, Goteborg, Sweden) available for evaluation. Clinical parameters (implant survival: 93%, mean plaque level: 24%, bleeding on probing: 33%, probing depth: 3.2 mm) level (1.19 mm) did differ significantly between modalities. Postoperative complications more common GBR/BGR (>61%) compared SIT/IIT ( 15%). PES 9.65 GBR. BGR showed inferior soft tissue aesthetics (PES: 9.00; p = .045) shorter distal papillae found (p = .009). Periodontal disease (odds ratio [OR]: 13.0, p < .001), (OR: 4.3, p = .004), a thin-scalloped gingival biotype 3.7, p = .011) increased risk incomplete papillae. WES 7.98 considered. Poor agreement objective subjective ratings. Conclusions: predictable radiographic point view. However, advanced reconstructive surgery, especially BGR, compromised aesthetics. Research is required prevention minimally invasive buccal defects time tooth loss to avoid complex therapy.
