摘要: Purpose To compare peri-implant marginal bone loss, soft tissue response, and esthetics following single immediate implant treatment (IIT) delayed (DIT) in the esthetic zone of maxilla well-selected patients. Materials Methods Adequate volume ideal level/contour were considered requirements for therapy, with additional prerequisites IIT residual alveolar wall integrity a thick gingival biotype. included placement provisionalization, while DIT extraction socket preservation followed by provisionalization 4 months later. Cortical levels mucosal conditions evaluated at regular intervals. The outcome was objectively rated after 3 years using pink score (PES) white (WES). Results Twelve patients received an Laser-Lok® implant, 13 implant. No significant differences found between study groups regarding survival rate (100%). mean level from implant/abutment interface 0.35 ± 0.18 mm 0.42 0.21 (p > 0.05). Mesial distal papillae remained stable over time DIT. A tendency regrowth mesial < Midfacial tissues IIT. Conclusions Within limitations this (e.g., small sample size, short follow-up duration), results suggest that success rate, hard/soft responses, esthetics, implants anterior are comparable predictable options patients.
