摘要: Purpose The aim of this study was to compare survival rates, marginal bone loss (MBL), and peri-implant soft tissue parameters between short standard laser-microgrooved implants supporting single or splinted crowns 3 years after loading. Materials methods 30 subjects received 1 ( ≤ 7 mm ) length ≥ 9 implant in adjacent sites the premolar molar regions mandible maxilla. Peri-implant intraoral radiographs were recorded at delivery definitive (baseline) later. Cumulative rate (CSR) (MBL) relation crown/implant (C/I) ratio, length, location, type antagonist, prosthetic design (single splinted), evaluated. Results CSR 98%, compared 100% for implants, without significant statistical difference. MBL not significantly different over observation period, with an average 0.23 ± 0.6 0.27 0.3 respectively. No differences found regarding plaque (14.7% vs. 15.7%), number BOP (8.3% 5.9%), probing depth (1.13 1.04 0.8 mm), mean mucosal recession (0.18 0.22 mm). Analyzing C/I design, no statistically found. Conclusion Regardless had similar MBL, conditions period years.
