摘要: PURPOSE To test the validity and reliability of a newly developed Implant Restoration Esthetic Index (IREI) to compare esthetic outcomes reported by patients professionals. MATERIALS AND METHODS Ten graduate students 10 prosthodontists assessed 27 single-tooth implants with IREI. Six peri-implant soft tissue parameters were measured using visual analog scales: mesial papilla presence, distal gingival trigone, curvature, alveolar process deficiency, color texture, as well six crown parameters: contour, position, labial convexity, characterization, translucency, abutment visibility. The was tested based on Pearson's correlation. internal consistency analyzed Cronbach's alpha. Interclass correlation coefficients (ICC) calculated express test-retest inter-rater reliability. correlations between patient professional evaluations RESULTS IREI demonstrated significant (p < 0.05) pink score white (PES/WES). showed Alpha 0.830. excellent in both student group prosthodontist group, ICCs 0.961 0.952, respectively 0.05). acceptable, 0.649 0.667, Low found evaluations. CONCLUSIONS results this study indicated that considered valid reliable index involving sufficient for evaluation implant restorations. patient-reported had poor or no professional-reported outcomes.
