摘要: Blade tip timing is an effective method for blade vibration measurements in turbomachinery. This increasing popularity because it non-intrusive and has several advantages over the conventional strain gauge method. Different kinds of sensors have been developed timing, including optical, eddy current capacitance sensors. However, these are unsuitable environments with contaminants or high temperatures. Microwave offer a promising potential solution to overcome limitations. In this article, microwave sensor-based measurement system proposed. A patch antenna probe used transmit receive signals. The signal model process analyzed. Zero intermediate frequency structure employed maintain accuracy dynamic performance, received can also be measure clearance. uses rising falling edges auto-gain control circuit reduce effect clearance change. To validate system, compared experimentally fiber optic system. results show that achieves good accuracy.
