摘要: Little is known regarding the immunobiology of regulatory T (Treg) cells in hematopoietic malignancies, particularly chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). In present study, we showed that frequencies CD8(+) and CD4(+) Treg were significantly increased progressive as compared with indolent CLL patients normal subjects. Enriched induced a similar level inhibition polyclonally activated B effector from Our results suggest increase circulating may result downregulation tumor-specific immune response, leading to tumor expansion disease progression.
