摘要: Das duktale Adenokarzinom ist die haufigste maligne Raumforderung des Pankreas. Trotz groser Forschungsanstrengungen und gradueller Verbesserungen der Diagnostik Therapie weist es immer noch eine sehr ungunstige Prognose auf. Dieser CME-Fortbildungsbeitrag liefert unter Berucksichtigung aktuellen deutschen, europaischen US-amerikanischen Leitlinien einen allgemeinen Uberblick zu dieser Erkrankung. Zudem werden ausgewahlte aktuelle Aspekte Epidemiologie, Pathogenese Genetik sowie Grundprinzipien einschlieslich potenzieller zukunftiger Therapieoptionen erortert.
