摘要: A process for producing a silylated product comprises reacting mixture comprising (a) an unsaturated compound containing at least one functional group, (b) silyl hydride silylhydride and (c) catalyst, optionally in the presence of solvent, to produce dehydrogenative product, hydrosilylated or combination wherein catalyst is chosen from pyridine diimine cobalt dicarboxylate complex carboxylate compound, conducted without pre-activating via reducing agent and/or initiator promoter compound. The present catalysts have been found be active employed silylation reaction.
