摘要: Staphylococcus aureus more than any other human pathogen is a better model for the study of adaptive evolution bacterial resistance to antibiotics, as it has demonstrated remarkable ability in its response new antibiotics. This was designed investigate vitro transfer mecA gene from methicillin resistant S. susceptible aureus. The recipient transconjugants were erythromycin, cefpodoxime and positive.
