摘要: The size stability of nanoparticles is crucial from an application point view. We probe, using Raman spectroscopy, particle evolution CdS by varying laser power. Multiphonon resonant scattering has also been demonstrated. With increase in power, the intensity ratio 2-longitudinal optical (LO) to 1-LO found dramatically, and LO phonon overtones up fourth order are observed.
