摘要: According to studies earlier, amino acids have proven be antidiabetic, antiglycating, and anticataractogenic. The present study was explore whether as mixtures could enhance glucose uptake in CHO-K1 cells specifically. F-12K1 serum-free medium were exposed normal (7 mM) high (12, 17 27 the presence absence of mixture (AAM) varying concentration (2.5, 5 10 mM). mM AAM increased 2-deoxyglucose (2DG) at all significantly. There also a significant increase GLUT4 (glucose transporter) translocation revealed by flow cytometer. Addition found improve cell viability, which got altered cells. Amino had beneficial effect improving net utilization an additive with insulin.
