摘要: Dicer is a key enzyme that processes microRNA (miRNA) precursors into their mature form, enabling them to regulate gene expression. However, the effects of on biological behavior cancer cells remain largely unclear. In this study, it was demonstrated down-regulation promoted cell proliferation, migration and cycle progression in A2780 SKOV3 ovarian cells. Furthermore, expression significantly decreased cisplatin-resistant (A2780/DDP) compared with parental Knockdown by RNA interference sensitivity cisplatin. Moreover, EZH2 depletion short hairpin (shRNA) increased vitro. Our data suggest involved numerous biological/pathological processes, including drug resistance cancer, its may be regulated EZH2.
