摘要: Alcoholic liver diseases are associated with an elevation of serum immunoglobulin A (IgA). This could be the result increased IgA production by intestinal mucosa. Serum and jejunal immunoglobulin, albumin orosomucoid were measured in 13 alcoholic patients (n = 6) without 7) cirrhosis compared to 11 controls. Jejunal secretions obtained segmental perfusion under occluding balloon. High levels monomeric polymeric only found cirrhosis. Alcoholics had normal secretion rates. clearances albumin, G significantly higher both non-cirrhotic cirrhotic than These findings indicate permeability plasma proteins, such as alcoholics.
