摘要: Agonist‐induced intracellular calcium signals may propagate as intercellular Ca 2+ waves in multicellular systems well intact organs. The mechanisms initiating one cell and determining their direction are unknown. We investigated these directly on fura2‐loaded of rat hepatocytes populations issued from peripheral (periportal) central (perivenous) parts the hepatic lobule. There was a gradient vasopressin sensitivity along connected cells demonstrated by low concentration challenge. Interestingly, abolished either when D‐myo‐inositol 1,4,5‐trisphosphate (InsP 3 ) receptor stimulated after flash photolysis caged InsP or G proteins were with AlF 4− . multiplets correlated heterogeneity more vasopressin‐binding sites, vasopressin‐induced production V1a mRNAs perivenous than periportal cells. Therefore, we propose that hormone density determines cellular to zones liver plate, thus starting waves, leading directional activation ‐dependent processes.
