摘要: Ash decline induced by Hymenoscyphus pseudoalbidus is an emerging disease that severely affects Fraxinus excelsior stands in Europe. There has been invasive spread of the from east to west Europe over last decade. Wood discoloration on infected trunks reported, but few data are available involvement H. such symptoms. Transport and trade ash logs could introduce pathogen into disease-free areas therefore accelerate its dissemination. The aim this study was assess prevalence severity infested located northeast France clarify role secondary pathogens decline. results showed collar lesions high area. able produce conidia wood. Thus, export represent a potential risk for spreading disease. Involvement Armillaria spp. process confirmed, while no Phytophthora-induced were found. Studying both age callus tissues surrounding 60 enabled origin area be determined.
