摘要: Minimally invasive injectable self-setting materials are useful for bone repairs and tissue regeneration in situ. Due to the potential advantages of these materials, such as causing minimal injury, nearly no influence on blood supply, easy operation negligible postoperative pain, they have shown great promises successes clinical applications. It has been proposed that an ideal repair material should features similar natural bones, terms both microstructure composition, so it not only provides adequate stimulus facilitate cell adhesion, proliferation differentiation but also offers a satisfactory biological environment new grow at implantation site. This article reviews properties applications including those based synthetic polymers, calcium phosphate, phosphate/polymer composites sulfate, orthopedics repairs, well progress made biomimetic fabrication materials.
