摘要: Gastroparesis is a heterogeneous disorder defined by delay in gastric emptying. Symptoms of gastroparesis are nonspecific, including nausea, vomiting, early satiety, bloating, and/or abdominal pain. Normal motor function and sensory depend on complex coordination between the enteric central nervous system. This article discusses pathophysiology delayed emptying symptoms gastroparesis, antropyloroduodenal dysmotility, impaired accommodation, visceral hypersensitivity, autonomic dysfunction. The underlying multifactorial. how combination these factors leads to gastroparesis.
