摘要: To evaluate interactions between lifestyle factors and glutathione-S-transferases M1 (GSTM1) GSTT1 genotypes with reference to development of esophageal stomach cancers, we conducted a case-control study 141 cases cancer, 153 cancer 223 population-based controls in Huaian City Jiangsu Province, China. GSTM1 were identified by multiplex polymerase chain reaction. The null genotype was associated an increased odds ratio for (2.17, 95% confidence interval=1.35-3.50), but not cancer. A combined effect also observed smoking the regard risk. Tea drinking protective factor both its being independent genotypes. These findings suggest polymorphism is involved susceptibility development, tea consumption reduces risk cancers.
