摘要: Complex biological environments, such as the cell cytoplasm or mucus lining airways of lungs, can pose significant barriers to efficient therapeutic drug and gene delivery. Biological are particularly important in controlled delivery applications that utilize a large carrier particle, liposome polymer micro- nanosphere. The dynamic transport particulate vehicles through these is poorly understood, having been primarily studied with static methods past. Recently, synthetic carriers has investigated quantitatively real-time particle tracking technology, providing new insight into behavior complex environments guiding rational improvements design. This review briefly highlights basic principles its application elucidate phenomena limit effective
