摘要: Abstract The analytical feasibility has been studied of determining lead in size-segregated ultrafine aerosols by laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) after the transport and deposition, under influence an electric field, isomobility aerosol a graphite furnace. After calibration with aerosols, direct, analysis content test 0.018-0.104 μm diameter range was performed. Further, brief study is presented dependence particle collection efficiency on diameter. Total (polydisperse) concentrations atmospheric at Ispra site were measured to be between 2.38 35.8 ng m −1 . mass fraction, f m, unknown particulate calculated be, average, 4.81 × 10 −3 Results are also reported initial studies gold problems associated monodisperse calibration. Finally, achievable limit detection, defined as yielding signal-to-noise ratio 3, 5 fg for 3 gold, estimates times required their background levels above size various presented. These from several minutes case urban many days average aerosols.
