摘要: MicroRNAs are known as non-coding RNAs that regulate the expression of target mRNA. Accumulating evidence has indicated microRNA in human malignancies can be utilized a prognostic marker for patients. However, value miR-650 glioma not been investigated yet. In present investigation, we have recruited 168 cases specimens and 21 normal control brain specimens. Quantitative real-time PCR was carried out to investigate miR-650. Kaplan–Meier analysis Cox’s proportional hazards model used evaluate association with prognosis Results showed increased compared (P < 0.001). It also found related World Health Organization grade Karnofsky performance score (KPS) high more frequently detected or low KPS The significantly worse expression. These results proved significant indicator glioma, which may suggest new management glioma.
