Platelet MAO activity in geriatric patients with depression and dementia.

摘要: The authors studied platelet MAO activity in psychiatrically hospitalized geriatric patients with depression and dementia. Platelet was higher demented without depressed reversible dementia than nondemented patients. data suggest that abnormally high may reflect a predisposition to the development of syndrome.
