摘要: A micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) oscillator supplies an output signal having a first frequency that differs from predetermined of the signal. An error determination circuit determines based on initial offset and/or temperature and provides information indicating difference between frequency. The is used by receiving in translation logic utilizes as reference.
