摘要: The in vitro activity of goat antisera to rabbit thymus cell subcellular fractions prepared by differential centrifugation was determined lymphoagglutination, lymphocytotoxicity and lymphocyte transformation. Primary response membranes sap gave consistently greater effects than primary nuclei or mitochondria. Secondary all were active lymphoagglutination tests. Most the resided IgG fraction studied. Only anti-membrane anti-cell induced significant results indicate that may be more effective mitochondria for use as antigens production anti-lymphocytic sera.
