Isolation and composition of human thymocyte plasma membrane

摘要: Abstract Plasma membrane was isolated from human thymus cells using an identical procedure with that described previously for the plasma of pig lymphocytes. Its chemical and enzymic compositions, apart a lower more variable 5′-nucleotidase activity, were similar to those lymphocyte membrane. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis thymocyte in sodium dodecyl sulphate gave large number protein bands about seven which stained also carbohydrate. A comparison carbohydrate patterns membranes revealed differences glycoprotein composition.
