摘要: Oral delivery of β-galactosidase (β-Gal) for alleviating lactose intolerance is a challenge due to its degradation in the harsh gastrointestinal tract (GIT). In this study, sunflower sporopollenin exine capsules (SECs)-based systems were fabricated serve as protective microcapsules order improve stability well impact pH-responsive release β-Gal GIT. The SECs extraction and loading process optimized with maximum residual activity 82.75 ± 2.16%. Furthermore, comparison two indicated that loaded into which entrapped CMP-zein system was superior zein terms delivering intestinal tract. Additionally, interaction between CMP confirmed by FTIR might contribute increased resistance Collectively, these results suggested SECs-based be useful encapsulation, protection, bioactive substances.
