摘要: The photocurrent and spectral response characteristics of gallium arsenide (GaAs) are obtained by a multi-information measurement system, the evolution versus Cs:O flux ratio is investigated. experimental results show that increases approximately exponentially after first exposure to Cs until maximum sensitivity reached, detailed process ultimate different for samples.
