摘要: Interactions between GABAA and GABAB receptors were studied using muscimol-stimulated uptake of 36Cl- by membrane vesicles from mouse cerebellum. Baclofen inhibited this action was more pronounced with longer flux times (30 vs. 3 s) after predesensitization receptors. also cortical membranes but effective cerebellar preparations. The baclofen stereoselective, calcium-dependent, blocked the receptor antagonist 2-OH-saclofen. It mimicked GTP-gamma-S not GDP-beta-S, which suggests that may be acting via a G protein. U73122, an inhibitor phospholipase C. However, potassium channel blockers tetraethylammonium or Ba2+ did affect baclofen. results show activation can inhibit function suggest involves either nondesensitizing subtype rate recycling desensitized to nondesensitized We speculate C phosphorylation protein kinase
