摘要: Current measurements of the biomechanical properties cells require physical contact with or lack subcellular resolution. Here we developed a label-free microscopy technique based on Brillouin light scattering that is capable measuring an intracellular longitudinal modulus optical The 3D maps obtained in 2D and microenvironments revealed mechanical changes due to cytoskeletal modulation cell-volume regulation.
