摘要: In this work, the citric acid production in solid state culture was performed, evaluating isolated effect and interactions of particle size liquid phase employed, by means factorial design first order. When used, productivity doubled, reducing fermentation time from 14 to 6 days, compared culture, obtaining a maximum concentration 21.24 g/l.
