摘要: Abstract Invertase was immobilized into photographic gelatin by chemical crosslinking with formaldehyde and chromium (111) acetate. Polyester film strips were coated invertase-gelatin mixture which increased durability during consecutive immersions reaction media. The effect of gelatin, crosslinker enzyme concentrations on activity studied. Enzyme leakages from invertase controlled washing EDTA solutions. activities solutions measured spectrophotometrically to determine unbounded concentration. Effect use number also determined. Percent lower than that free enzyme. however retained even after 10 washings (170 minutes) followed 9 in 18 weeks.
