摘要: Abstract Invertase was immobilized onto the granular dimer acid-co-alkyl polyamine after activation with carbodiimide. The Km value for enzyme (53.6 mM) much greater than that of free (20.6 mM). Vmax values were 6.44×10−5 mol dm−3 min−1 and 5.45×10−5 bound, respectively. optimal pH covalently bonded enzymes 4.56 5.50, optimum temperature both covalent invertase 55°C. activities, storage 1 month, found to be 21.0 99.0% initial activity bonded, used 50 times in 5 days repeated batch experiments showed 100% its original activity.
