摘要: Non-invasive imaging of living cells is an advanced technique that widely used in the life sciences and medical research. We demonstrate a refractive index quantification microscopy (RIQM) enables label-free studies glioma cell-substrate contacts involving cell adhesion molecules extracellular matrix. This takes advantage smallest available spot created when azimuthally polarized perfect optical vortex beam (POV) tightly focused with first-order spiral phase, which results relatively high resolution among biosensors. A (RI) RI distribution within neuronal to be monitored. The shows excellent capability for recognizing cellular structures activities, demonstrating great potential biological sensing live-cell kinetic imaging.
